Governance Rules
Milestone Voting: Only backers who contributed principal to a campaign hold voting weight. Abstentions count toward quorum, but approval requires 60% of decisive (Yes/No) votes.
Robinhood Lock Guarantee: Creators cannot unlock tokens or LP liquidity before the scheduled timestamp, guaranteeing backer protection against rug pulls.
Transparent Escrows: All funds remain in non-custodial smart contracts until milestone conditions or presale soft caps are verified.
