Before you back anything

What can go wrong, in plain words.

Backing a project is not investing, and nothing here is protected. This page lists the risks we can name and what the product does about each one. There is no single safety score, because one number would hide the specific thing that matters to you.

No guarantees

Robinhoodao offers no guaranteed returns, no investment protection, no brokerage access and no regulated DAO status. It is independent of Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Named risks

RiskWhat it meansWhat the product does
Delivery riskA funded project may simply not be finished, even with honest intentions.Staged release limits how much money is exposed to a single unproven claim.
Evidence riskEvidence is provided by people. A named issuer and check date is not an audit.Evidence links are supplied by the creator and have not been independently assessed.
Voting concentrationA few large backers can decide a release, because weight follows principal.Review contribution-weighted voting totals; this interface does not establish voter independence.
Contract riskSmart contracts can contain faults, and no independent audit is supplied here.Verify deployed source and obtain an independent security review before using public funds.
IrreversibilityOn-chain transfers cannot be recalled by the platform.Flows show state, gas and consequences before any confirmation, and never auto-retry.
Key lossLosing wallet access can mean losing access to claims and refunds.Entitlements are computed from the frozen pool, but only the holder of the wallet can claim them.
Regulatory uncertaintyRules for community funding and tokens differ by jurisdiction and can change. No brokerage access, investment protection or regulated status is offered or implied.
Liquidity claimsA liquidity plan, provided liquidity, a lock and a listing are four different things.Token sale and lock position integrations are unavailable in this deployment.

This list is not exhaustive. A risk we have not named can still affect you.
